$100 Flight Credit Terms and Conditions

  1. You must register your $100 Flight Credit Award ("Award") online at http://www.activateaward.com no later than the registration deadline written in the email that delivered your Award, which will be approximately 30 days from the date the email was sent to you. Award must be registered and redeemed by the person that received it, and this person must be the traveler. Award is non-transferable. Upon registration the website will provide a toll-free number to use when booking your flight.
  2. Your registered Award entitles you to receive up to a maximum total savings of $100 on the base fare of one roundtrip airline ticket on United or Delta. Travel must be booked no later than the booking deadline written in the email that delivered your Award, which is three months from the registration deadline. You must book your travel at least 14-days in advance of your intended departure.
  3. Your travel must be booked through ATG using the telephone number that will be provided when you register. The office is open from 8:30AM to 5:00PM (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday, and closed on holidays. Therefore, to reach a travel agent during the hours the office is open you may need to call more than 14 days prior to your intended departure date.
  4. Flights must be roundtrip on a single carrier. No one-way, open jaw or circle trips. The Award will be applied toward the base fare only. Taxes and fees are the responsibility of the passenger, and are based on the normal (pre-discount) cost of the ticket. The taxes and fees include, but are not limited to: the September 11th Security Fee of $5.60 per one-way trip in air transportation originating from an airport in the United States and Passenger Facility Charges of up to $4.50 per segment (up to a maximum of $18.00 per round-trip), Segment Fee of $3.70 per segment. Travel Facilities Tax of $8.20 per direction between Alaska and Hawaii. U.S. Immigration User Fee of $7.00. U.S. Customs User Fee of $5.50. U.S. APHIS User Fee of $5.00. U.S. International Transportation Tax of $16.30 per arrival or departure. Foreign Government taxes and fees of up to $250 (varies widely by destination and fluctuates with exchange rates).
  5. Upon issuance of airline tickets, passengers are subject to all rules and regulations of the issuing airline, including but not limited to refunds, exchanges, cancellations or changes of itinerary. The names of the passengers cannot be changed. Changes or cancellations to the original booking may be subject to additional fees charged by the airline, ATG or both. Changes and/or cancellations to the original booking must be made through ATG. If changes are made directly with the airline, the Award will be voided and the discount may be charged back to the purchaser's credit card.
  6. Only one Award can be redeemed per ticket purchased and this Award cannot be combined with any other promotional program.
  7. ATG has no control over schedule changes, cancelled or oversold flights. Remedies for these situations are at the discretion of the validating carrier and subject to federal regulations.
