$100 Flight Credit

  1. You must register your $100 Flight Credit Award ("Award") online at http://www.myphgaward.com within 30 days of receipt of your post-stay email from Preferred Hotel Group. Award must be registered and redeemed by the person that received it, and this person must be the traveler. Award is non-transferable. Upon registration the website will provide a toll-free number to use when booking your flight.
  2. A $100 savings will be given on airfare purchases of $250 (base fare) or greater. For airfare purchases of less than $250, a $75 savings will be provided.
  3. Your registered Award entitles you to receive up to a maximum total savings of $100 on the base fare of one roundtrip coach class airline ticket. Travel must be booked within four months of registration and requires a 21 day advance purchase. Travel must be completed within five months of booking.
  4. Your travel must be booked through ATG using the telephone number that will be provided when you register. The office is open from 8:30AM to 5:00PM (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday, and closed on holidays. Therefore, to reach a travel agent during the hours the office is open you may need to call more than 21 days prior to your intended departure date.
  5. Flights must be roundtrip on a single carrier. No one-way, open jaw or circle trips. The Award will be applied toward the base fare only. Taxes and fees are the responsibility of the passenger, and are based on the normal (pre-discount) cost of the ticket. The taxes and fees include, but are not limited to: the September 11th Security Fee of $5.60 per one-way trip in air transportation originating from an airport in the United States and Passenger Facility Charges of up to $4.50 per segment (up to a maximum of $18.00 per round-trip), Segment Fee of $3.70 per segment. Travel Facilities Tax of $8.20 per direction between Alaska and Hawaii. U.S. Immigration User Fee of $7.00. U.S. Customs User Fee of $5.50. U.S. APHIS User Fee of $5.00. U.S. International Transportation Tax of $16.30 per arrival or departure. Foreign Government taxes and fees of up to $250 (varies widely by destination and fluctuates with exchange rates).
  6. If the Award is redeemed for less than its full potential value ($100), the Award holds no residual value for future travel.
  7. Upon issuance of airline tickets, passengers are subject to all rules and regulations of the issuing airline, including but not limited to refunds, exchanges, cancellations or changes of itinerary. The names of the passengers cannot be changed. Changes or cancellations to the original booking may be subject to additional fees charged by the airline, ATG or both. Changes and/or cancellations to the original booking must be made through ATG. If changes are made directly with the airline, the Award will be voided and the discount may be charged back to the purchaser's credit card.
  8. Only one Award can be redeemed per ticket purchased and this Award cannot be combined with any other promotional program.
  9. ATG has no control over schedule changes, cancelled or oversold flights. Remedies for these situations are at the discretion of the validating carrier and subject to federal regulations.
